Party with the Past

Pre-registration for this event is closed! All are still welcome to attend and can sign up at the event.

As part of our Party with the Past program series, we will be hosting a block party on Broad Street in partnership with South Downtown! Join us to learn more about the history of one of the oldest streets in Atlanta and see what’s been happening in South Downtown. 

Join us for some fun games, cold drinks, and a chance to meet fellow young ATLiens! Entry is free to the public, alcohol available for purchase. 

The Block party will be held on Broad Street, between MLK Jr. Drive and Mitchell Street SW. Paid parking can be found at 134 Forsyth St SW, Atlanta, GA 30303 and 85 Trinity Ave SW, Atlanta, GA 30303, among other locations. Atlanta History Center does not control or guarantee these spaces are available.

Party with the Past: South Downtown Block Party is also accessible by MARTA, via the Five Points or Garnett Stations; for more information on train routes and schedules, visit here.
