Uncover the people that have lived on “American” soil, from the indigenous civilizations that first called this land home, to the colonists that arrived from Europe, and through the founding of the United States. Campers will explore indigenous cultures by building Cherokee homes and learning traditional games like stickball. They will delve into the life of a revolutionary colonist through our espionage games and soldier experience activities. And finally, they will have the opportunity to work together and establish their own constitution.
