Each year, the Olmsted Plein Air Invitational brings world class and award-winning plein air artists to create unique art throughout Georgia, using the variety of state and city landscapes as their inspiration. Goizueta Gardens has been a featured location every year with its variety of gardens and historic landscapes.
This year marks the 10th Annual Olmsted Plein Air Invitational, and features 27 of the Nation’s top Plein Air Artists. On Thursday, April 18th, spend the day getting to know the Artists while they paint Goizueta Gardens and the Historic Homes at Atlanta History Center from the Artists’ point of view.
This event is included with the cost of admission to Atlanta History Center.
Artists are delighted to speak to visitors, and many will offer paintings for sale off of their easels.
