Let’s Talk Hydrangeas: Secrets to Success with Master Gardener Linda Cline

A conversational format talk where members and guests can “get the dirt” on how to successfully grow a beautiful garden centered around hydrangeas. Topics covered will include planting, fertilization, watering best practices, diseases and treatment, pruning, and how to take cuttings of hydrangeas. Linda will show examples from her own garden, which was featured on the 2020 American Hydrangea Society Garden Tour, and will also give some design tips on how to incorporate hydrangeas into the garden.

About the Presenter

Linda Cline is an active Master Gardener and past president of the North Fulton Master Gardeners Association.  In her previous career as a French teacher, Linda was able to travel and explore gardens in France and made many friends there.  It was in France that her passion for hydrangeas was ignited.  She has become an expert on growing hydrangeas in the south and has shared this wisdom through the North Fulton Master Gardeners Facebook page as well as their YouTube channel.  Linda’s beautiful garden was featured on The American Hydrangea Society’s 2020 tour.
