Holiday Show House
This year’s 2025 Atlanta Home & Lifestyle Magazine Home for the Holidays Showhouse celebrates the past and present with a faithful redesign of the Buckhead residence where golfer Bobby Jones helped conceive Augusta National Golf Club. The Showhouse is open November 20-December 14, 2025. This year, a portion of ticket sales will benefit Atlanta History Center!

Our Entrance Gardens will be shining bright with holiday lights beginning in November. Grab a cinnamon latte from BRASH and take a stroll on foot, or a leisurely drive down West Paces Ferry Road, to peep the twinkle.

Swan House
Completed in 1928, owner Emily Inman hosted elaborate holiday dinner parties at Swan House for nearly forty years. Experience our landmark historic house dressed up for the holidays.
