Women Pioneers in Landscape Architecture and Design in Georgia

Women have played a vital role in shaping the landscape of our city and state.

Cherokee Garden Library Director Staci Catron will explore the lives of four pioneering women—Helen Hawkins Clarke, Constance Knowles Draper, Edith Harrison Henderson, and Clermont Huger Lee—who worked in the field of landscape architecture in Georgia from the 1930s through the close of the 20th century.

The duration of this tour is 45 minutes plus additional time for Q&A.
