This tour covers the first, second, and terrace levels of the Swan House, with topics including the original owners of the home, architecture, interior design, the house staff, and the decorative arts.
The tour starts inside the house on the first floor near the entryway.
The duration of this tour is 20 minutes plus additional time for Q&A. However, guests can leave to self-guide at any time.
The indoor tour covers 1,080 feet over all flat ground and 75 stairs with the option for an elevator to avoid half of them. However, there is a long outdoor walk through the garden to get from the museum atrium to the Swan House.

- 16-30 guests = $250 plus admission per person.
- 31-45 guests = $375 plus admission per person.
- 46-60 guests = $500 plus admission per person.
