On Thursday, October 9, from 6:30-9:30 pm join us at Westview Abbey Mausoleum and Chapel for a bone-chillingly fun evening in the Southeast’s largest cemetery!
While Westview Cemetery is not normally open for public events, this Party with the Past will focus on just one section of the 580-acre cemetery grounds- Westview Abbey. Constructed in 1943—and still unfinished—this Spanish Gothic style mausoleum and chapel houses 70 stained-glass windows, 21 paintings, and more than 11,000 crypts.
Take one of our guided tours of this Spanish Gothic abbey, join our party just outside, and participate in our costume contest!
We look forward to learning more about the history of the site, its most famous “residents,” and what’s next for Westview.
Entry is free, registration is encouraged. Alcohol and food will be sold onsite.
This event is in partnership with Westview Cemetery.
Food available to purchase from Pizza Verdura Sincera.
