In-Person Redemption Only
Celebrate Father’s Day at Atlanta History Center's Midtown campus! On Sunday, June 21, 2026, all dads receive free admission for the day. Bring the whole family to explore exhibitions and make memories together. Please note that online purchases will not reflect the free day offer, it must be redeemed in person, walk-up only.
Parking and Transportation
- There is limited free onsite parking located in the parking lot across the street from Margaret Mitchell House. These spots will fill up quickly and there are not enough spots for everyone. Public transportation is encouraged; the Midtown MARTA station is conveniently located a block away from the campus.
- If you need to drive and the free lot is full, self-paid parking is available in the area. Some recommendations:
- On-street parking via ParkMobile (usually a 4-hour limit)
- 999 Peachtree Street building parking deck
- 930 Juniper Street/Metropolis parking deck
