Join us outside for a specialty cocktail in our newly opened Entrance Gardens! Featuring over 15,000 perennials and a 60x30 foot white oak tree table—perfect for social distancing—the design of our Entrance Gardens is based on the New Perennial Movement and is a sweeping matrix of grasses and flowering perennials that seeks to redefine traditional aesthetics of a garden and reestablish our connection to nature. Sip it all in with a cocktail infused with the garden’s very own Agastache 'Blue Fortune' and mingle with the horticulture experts that maintain our 33-acre Goizueta Gardens.

Attendees are also invited indoors for a first look at Atlanta ’96: Shaping an Olympic and Paralympic City. The '96 Games mean something different to everyone—individuals involved in preparations, people living near venues, competitors, and fans. Opening September 18, our newest exhibition places the Games within the context of Atlanta’s longer history of reinvention and growth initiatives, prompting visitors to think about how we can change the places in which we live. A brief presentation will be provided by the exhibition curator at 6:30pm and 7pm outside of the Atlanta '96 gallery.

Tickets are $20 for not-yet members, $15 for members.

Complimentary drink ticket included with ticket purchase. All indoor museum exhibitions, including Cyclorama: The Big Picture, will remain open for event attendees from 5–8pm. Masks are required indoors; and encouraged outdoors.
