Put on your platform shoes and get ready to boogie-on-down, we’re celebrating the installation of the Backstreet club’s disco ball in our Gatheround exhibition. Come bask in the glory of a disco ball that gleamed upon pop culture greats of the 70s, enjoy a specialty cocktail, and shake your groove thing in Grand Overlook Ballroom.
Disco-themed attire is highly encouraged.

Free parking is located on Atlanta History Center’s campus, 130 West Paces Ferry Road NW, Atlanta, GA 30305. The entrance to the event will be beside McElreath Hall.

MARTA bus route 110 stops along Peachtree Road, approximately 15 minutes walking distance from Atlanta History Center; rideshare should be directed to McElreath Hall.
Accessibility
ADA-compliant, paved paths are available to Swan House; a lift is available in Swan House to provide access to the second floor.

Complimentary sweets will be provided, with specialty cocktails, mocktails, beer, and wine available for purchase. We recommend turning it into a date with a stop at a local Buckhead restaurant before your visit!
