Join Midtown Alliance in welcoming back the presenting artists of Midtown’s newest storefront installations: Heart of the Arts.
Moderated by Floyd Hall, the artists featured in our current storefront exhibition will return for a follow up virtual discussion.
In the first episode, Floyd, Gene Kansas and the artists reflected on the Midtown neighborhood: its defining characteristics, fond memories, and the experience of creating work here. This follow up discussion revisits interesting threads, takes a deeper dive into the artwork now on view in Midtown and asks how to better integrate the arts and the Midtown community.
This event is part of a series featuring artist voices discussing creativity and artistic expression as defining characteristics of the urban experience. Sponsored by Gene Kansas Commercial Real Estate & Indie Studios.
