Each month, ATL Collective picks a classic album and collectively covers the track list in sequence, often complimenting the performance with multi-media presentations about the album and the historical/cultural context of its release.
ATL Collective and Atlanta History Center partner once again to bring you SOUNDS OF MUSCLE SHOALS: A Georgia tribute to an Alabama Legacy, featuring songs by Rolling Stones, Allman Brothers, Aretha Franklin, Paul Simon, The Black Keys, and more. Enjoy entertainment by the feature act, Lee Bains III and the Glory Fires, and performances by many other musical guests.
The evening includes cash bars, food for purchase, and full access to Atlanta History Center exhibitions before fans gather in the Grand Overlook Ballroom for an energetic performance celebrating the legends that came out of “The Hit Recording Capital of the World."
Tasty barbecue will be available for purchase onsite from Lovies BBQ.
General admission tickets are $40. General admission is standing room only.
VIP tables that seat 8 are available for $1,000 and smaller VIP tables that seat 4 are available for $500. VIP tables include seating for eight, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, meet & greets with the bands, and ATL Collective swag for all guests, including t-shirts and posters.
