“Absolutely wonderful genealogy workshop by Sue VerHoef!  Informative, fast moving, and humorous.  And, concluded on time!   Thanks to Membership and to Sue for putting this on.  This is the type of program that provides a tangible benefit of membership.  I look forward to more!" –Sue Shaddeau, member since 1972 & volunteer since 2001

“I wanted to take this opportunity to send a BIG thanks to all the staff involved at The Holiday Spirit event.  I was really impressed with it! It was well-organized. All the staff and volunteers were friendly and helpful. The candles on the trails were lovely. I brought a 10 year old girl I am mentoring and she LOVED the ornament and cookie making time. All of the actors were great, especially the slave woman--wow!  So joyous and energetic I wanted to spend Christmas with her. Thank you so much for planning and implementing a truly excellent quality experience. I am so proud to be a member!”  -Ann Scott Hanks, member since 2000

“The Genealogy workshop was great and provided good information.  As a matter of fact, I have always enjoyed my membership at the AHC.  I think that you all have an abundance of extremely diversified programs and exhibits, and are to be commended for them.”  -Vickie Johnson, member since 2010

“We enjoyed the reception and really enjoyed the Apollo exhibit.  We especially liked that museum staff were available in the exhibit and showed such enthusiasm for it.  In addition, we were very pleased at the welcome you showed our guests.  We look forward to the next event.”  -Gary & Helen Tate, members since 2007
