Simple, yet elegant, the Grand Overlook Ballroom is one of the most sought after venues in Atlanta. Featuring a barrel vaulted ceiling with an oculus window, Brazilian cherry-wood floors, and an entire wall of 14-foot windows overlooking the magnificent wooded quarry garden, the Grand Overlook is a versatile and breathtaking venue. 

With the ability to host a stand up reception for 750 people or a seated dinner for up to 500, the Grand Overlook offers a variety of customized set ups designed to compliment your special day. An outdoor courtyard is included as a pre-function space or you can rent the Atlanta History Museum as your indoor pre-function space. View the floorplan.

The Grand Overlook Ballroom is available for daytime or evening rentals for 10 hours including setup and cleanup time.  Daytime events must have cleanup complete and vendors off-site no later than 6:00 PM.  Nighttime events must have cleanup complete and all vendors off-site no later than 2:00 AM.
 

Daytime Rental Fee

• Saturday: $5,000
• Sunday: $4,500

Nighttime Rental Fee

• Weeknights and Sunday: $4,500
• Saturday: $5,000
