Annual Fund

The Annual Fund is made up of membership gifts at the Patron level of $500 and higher. Your gift to the Annual Fund automatically renews your Atlanta History Center membership and entitles you to enhanced member benefits.  Donors at the Phoenix Society level of $5,000 enjoy unique member benefits such as private guided tours of our signature and traveling exhibitions.

  • The Annual Fund supplies essential support to many areas of operation within the Atlanta History Center. In the last year, gifts to the Annual Fund have provided funding necessary to:
    • operate a diverse roster of educational programming for Atlanta area students including the very popular Homeschool Days, Remembering Pearl Harbor Day, United We Stand Civil War programs, and Fridays in February Black History programming.
    • annually maintain the extensive permanent collections and exhibitions of the Atlanta History Center including Turning Point: The American Civil War, the Centennial Olympic Games Museum, Shaping Traditions: Folk Arts in a Changing South, and Metropolitan Frontiers.
       

Beyond the Annual Fund, individual gifts make a tremendous impact on educational outreach, special programs, and touring exhibition costs. Learn more.
