The Cherokee Garden Library of the Atlanta History Center will host a retrospective of Edward L. Daugherty's career since 1953.

Costume and Fashion in Gone With the Wind

To commemorate the 70th anniversary of Atlanta’s worldwide premiere of one of Hollywood’s most beloved films, the Atlanta History Center has installed a new display called Costume and Fashion in Gone With the Wind. The installation features seven of Walter Plunkett’s costume sketches for the film and a woman’s Rhett Butler coat (“an exclusive Gone With the Wind M.G.M. Fashion”) from the institution’s collections, along with a version of the famous green drapery dress on loan from the collection of John LeBold.
